We are Aggies and Aggie parents who have several properties in College Station. We started out in 2009 by buying a house for our oldest son and his friends to live in, then another for our middle son and his friends. Over the next few years we were able to acquire additional properties.

Most of our properties are 4 bedroom, 2 bath houses located between Holleman and 2818, many of which are near a shuttle bus stop. We live in College Station so are able to respond quickly to requests for repairs or other concerns. Our tenants deal directly with us, not a management company. We strive to provide a nice place to live at a reasonable rent.
